Actual medical grade replacement knee & hip replacement parts embedded in resin blocks for exhibition use all over the world. The largest block was 62cm high, using nearly 10kg of clear resin alone. Technically difficult as all embedded items were of different materials and surface finishes ( with corresponding different shrink ratios when resin was curing ) which meant numerous testing with different resins and curing times to achieve the required quality. The end result required a supplier modified resin made to our specification.
